RHONDA RAMSEY MOLINA
Recognized nationally as a master trainer, Rhonda has trained over ten thousand individuals from urban, suburban, rural, tribal, and frontier communities within 46 states. Rhonda couples her many years of coalition leadership experience with emerging research to provide state of the art training to community and system leaders. She builds leaders’ skills to enhance their capacity to facilitate cross-system and cross-issue collective impact strategies in their community. Rhonda has presented these principles of community collaboration internationally to community leaders in Russia, Chili, and Brazil.
SHERRY GIBSON
Sherry Gibson has more than 20 years of successful senior level leadership within the banking industry. Sherry left the banking industry to join the world of non-profit leadership and has nearly ten years’ experience as both a paid and volunteer leader for non-profit organizations across Ohio. Working now as a consultant to non-profit organizations, Sherry is committed to improving the capacity of non-profit leaders to ensure quality service provision, organizational excellence and cross-system alignment for collective impact.
